What you need in the autumn cold: a recipe for fruity spicy warming tea

Blogger Magda Zalewska runs her own Instagram blog, which is followed by more than 400 thousand subscribers. In one of the videos, she shared the recipe for her favorite autumn tea.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • apple 1 piece
  • orange 0.5 pcs
  • lemon 0.5 pcs
  • cranberries 30 gr
  • rosemary 1 sprig
  • cloves 12 pcs
  • cinnamon sticks 2 pcs
  • loose leaf tea 1 tbsp. l.
  • honey 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and cut the apple, orange and lemon into rings.
  2. Stick a few cloves into the apple rings.
  3. Place an apple with cloves, an orange, a lemon and a cranberry in a teapot.
  4. Add cinnamon sticks, loose leaf tea, rosemary and honey.
  5. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let it brew.

As Magda noted, you can drink this tea in liters, it smells great and you will like it. Also, due to the large amount of fruit and honey, the tea is very rich in vitamins and will be a useful prevention during colds.
