Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 80 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 100 ml.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Salt – to your taste
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Butter or vegetable oil – grease the pan.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg with salt, add milk and mix. Grate the cheese – you can take suluguni or regular hard cheese.
  2. Add cheese to the mixture with milk and egg and mix well. Add flour and mix again. Also add chopped garlic. You can add finely chopped herbs, dill and onions or basil.
  3. Heat a frying pan, add oil, then pour in the mixture and gently smooth with a spoon or spatula.
  4. You need to fry for 7-8 minutes over medium heat and with the lid closed. Then turn over with a spatula and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

That’s all – lazy khachapuri is ready. Place it on a plate, let it cool for 2-3 minutes and cut it into triangles with a knife, like pizza.
