There is very little time left for New Year 2024, but there are still many things to do. It’s worth knowing what will help you get everything done. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Instagram of nutritionist Galina Ternovik.

According to the expert, it is necessary to saturate your body with vitamins.

Magnesium

The nutritionist noted that everyone needs magnesium. However, in this problem you should take magnesium glycinate 200-400 mg with dinner.

Vitamin D

This is a prohormone and it greatly affects productivity and psycho-emotional state. The expert noted that ideally you should always monitor your vitamin D levels.

However, if you do not do this, then during the winter-spring period you should take 400 MO for adults with breakfast.

Vitamin C

This vitamin is considered a powerful antioxidant, which is important for mitochondria – energy production stations in the body.

500 mg can be taken for up to 4 months.

B vitamins

Galina Ternovik added that such vitamins are invaluable for the body – in a state of stress and excessive work, you can add vitamin B complexes to your breakfast.

Warm water

This is a must have in the modern world. If you are in spasm and have a constant feeling that you are not getting anything done, the nutritionist advises drinking warm, not cold water.

Balanced diet

It should be filled with protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates with fiber. You need to avoid fast food, because this will only further harm your body and “you will be a squeezed lemon.”

Dream

Every person should have healthy sleep in their life. If you have a lot to do, then you need to set the alarm for 6 am, but go to bed at 22:00. This is so that you can sleep during the most valuable hours and be filled with new strength.

Deep diaphragmatic breathing

Stress and shallow breathing additionally lead to hypoxia and fatigue. The nutritionist advises stopping and breathing deeply at least 3 times a day for 5 minutes.
