Which marmalade is harmful?

But you also need to be careful with “healthy” marmalade. If marmalade is made on the basis of agar-agar, it can cause excess iodine in the body.

Due to the high sugar content, marmalade is not recommended for diabetics; it is specially made without sugar for them.
