The easiest banana bread: how to make delicious baked goods

Banana bread, or muffin, is great for breakfast.

Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, this banana bread is great for breakfast and complements your morning cup of coffee. To prepare, you just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl – nothing could be easier.

The big plus is that banana bread can be frozen in portions and reheated in the oven on those days when you only need 5 minutes to prepare breakfast.

The main thing in this recipe is to take very ripe bananas, already blackened, then the baked goods will have a pleasant aroma. And the butter should be soft. And everything is extremely simple: you will need one bowl, one fork, one plate and a baking dish. The recipe was shared on the Madame Vorger website.

Banana bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 very ripe bananas;
  • 1/2 cup sour cream;
  • 100 g butter at room temperature;
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1.5 cups flour;
  • 1/2 tsp. salt;
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • vanilla extract or a little vanilla sugar.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix soft butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
  2. In a deep plate, mash the bananas with a fork and mix with sour cream.
  3. Add the banana mixture to the bowl with the eggs, butter and sugar. Stir and add a couple drops of vanilla. Sift flour into mixture. Add salt and baking powder and mix well.
  4. Grease the mold with butter. Pour in the batter (it should fill 3/4 of the pan) and bake for about an hour.
  5. If the banana bread begins to brown too much towards the end, cover the pan with foil. The bread is ready when no wet dough remains on a knife inserted into it.

If desired, cocoa can be added to the dry ingredients. Then you will have a chocolate banana cupcake.
