How to warm your feet

To warm your feet, use a heating pad on your lower back. Use a heating pad in key areas such as your lower back and legs when you’re resting at night. This can help your blood vessels open up and allow more blood flow to your legs.

  • Hold something warm, such as a warm drink
  • Quick massage. Briskly massage your arms or legs
  • Keep heating pads handy
  • Use disposable or reusable chemical hand and foot warmers when you’re outside in the cold.

How to warm your hands

  1. Wear gloves
  2. Wear gloves instead of gloves because gloves keep your fingers together and keep you warm
  3. Treat your hands and feet with paraffin
  4. After soaking your hands in paraffin, cover them with a plastic bag to keep them warm, and then wrap your hands in towels.

Use heat with moisture. These are moist heat packs that can be heated in the microwave. They’re filled with beans, rice or other grains that release moist heat when you microwave them.
