Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon French mustard
  • sesame
  • pepper mixture

Preparation

  1. Clean the salmon fillet, wash and cut into portions.
  2. Squeeze the juice from one orange, combine it with olive oil and soy sauce, add French mustard and stir until smooth.
  3. Pepper the prepared salmon pieces, pour over the marinade and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the second orange into thin slices, place them on the bottom of the mold, place the salmon on them, pour over the marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

If desired, flavor the marinade with thyme, rosemary, coriander, and ginger.
