Ingredients:

To prepare 6 servings you will need the following ingredients:

  • Korean carrots – 300 g;
  • sausage “Cervelat” – 300 g;
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • rye crackers – 100 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons.

Preparation

  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the skin and cut into strips.
  2. Peel the sausage from the casing and cut into the same strips as the cucumbers.
  3. Place chopped cucumbers, sausage in a salad bowl, add carrots and croutons. Salad croutons are suitable both ready-made and homemade. Add a chopped clove of garlic.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the bowl and stir the salad. It must be served immediately, as over time the croutons in the composition will become soggy. If you prepare the salad in advance, do not add the croutons immediately, but add them before serving.

For this dish, you can use ready-made carrots, and instead of servelat, you can use any other smoked sausage or ham.
