Quick recipe: lavash roll with crab sticks without mayonnaise

A lavash roll with crab sticks not only looks impressive, it is also very tasty. In the same recipe, two types of cheese are used for the filling. This dish can be served on a holiday table, writes 1000.menu.

To prepare this snack you will need:

  • thin pita bread – 100 g (1 sheet);
  • crab sticks – 400 g;
  • cream cheese – 200 g;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • dill – 50 g.

Preparation

  1. Thaw the crab sticks first. Boil the eggs hard. Cool and grate them on a coarse grater.
  2. Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater. To make this more convenient, rub them not completely defrosted.
  3. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.
  4. Unfold the lavash sheet and spread it evenly with cream cheese. Sprinkle dill on top.
  5. Next, add a layer of grated cheese and a layer of boiled eggs. Distribute grated crab sticks on top.
  6. Roll the pita bread into a tight roll, wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and soak. Before serving, cut the roll into pieces.
