Ingredients

for pancakes:

  • 1.5 kg flour
  • 50 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs

For filling:

  • 8 pieces smoked Norwegian salmon
  • 4 tbsp. l. processed or cream cheese
  • 4 things. onion chives

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, add milk and cream (or sour cream), then add flour and sugar. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Then fry the pancakes and let them cool.
  2. Mix together cream cheese (processed cheese), onion and salt.
  3. Scatter the salmon pieces over the pancake and add the cheese mixture to each piece of salmon. Wrap and cut in half.

Delicious pancakes are ready.
