Pancake sushi: a recipe for a simple appetizer with fish and cheese

Preparing such sushi will take much less time than the original recipe.

If you love sushi, but have no desire to cook rice and bother with rolling rolls, the best solution is pancake sushi. They are much easier to prepare than the original dish, and they turn out very tasty. How to prepare this appetizer, which, by the way, is quite suitable for a holiday table, was described in the blog “Recipes Every Day.”

Pancake sushi

Ingredients:

For pancakes:

  • milk – 0.5 liters;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l;
  • flour – 9 tbsp. l. without slide;
  • egg – 1 piece;
  • sugar – 0.5 tsp.

For filling:

  • red fish – 100 g;
  • cucumber – 1 piece;
  • curd cheese – 100 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough well so that there are no lumps, let it stand for 15-20 minutes, mix everything again and fry thin pancakes.
  2. Cut red fish into thin strips. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 6–8 pieces. If desired, you can peel it.
  3. Place a strip of curd cheese, fish and cucumber on each cooled pancake. Roll up. Place in the refrigerator for an hour, then cut the prepared pancakes into circles and place on a plate.
