Omelet with vegetables: a recipe for a beautiful breakfast

You can sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with herbs.

In a few minutes you will prepare a hearty and healthy breakfast. It is better to serve the finished dish to the table immediately, before it has cooled down.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • bell pepper – 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion, peeled bell pepper and tomatoes into thin half rings.
  2. Salt and beat the eggs.
  3. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Fry the onion until soft, add the pepper and fry for another three minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and fry for another two minutes. Pour beaten eggs over vegetables.
  4. Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for five minutes.
