Recipe
Ingredients:
- crab sticks – 200 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- hard cheese – 80 g;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
- a pinch of ground black pepper;
- parsley for decoration.
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs hard. Pour cold water over the finished eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately into different bowls using a medium grater.
- Also grate the cheese on a medium grater. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop.
- In a salad bowl, combine grated whites, one grated yolk, cheese, garlic and parsley. Season with mayonnaise. Pepper to taste and stir.
- Carefully unwrap the crab sticks, being careful not to tear them. If the sticks do not unfold well, you can dip them in hot water for a few seconds or hold them over steam.
- Place a little filling on each unfolded stick and spread evenly over the entire surface. Carefully roll the sticks back into tubes with the filling inside.
