Merchant-style buckwheat with minced meat

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat – 150 gr;
  • minced meat – 250-300 g;
  • light bulb – 1 piece;
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • carrots – 1 piece (small);
  • vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the buckwheat and dry it in a frying pan greased with oil. Fry finely chopped onions, minced meat and grated carrots until golden brown. Add tomato paste, mix thoroughly.
  2. Sprinkle the meat and vegetables with boiling water so that the cereal is slightly covered with water. Add salt. Simmer over low heat under the lid. When preparing the buckwheat in a baking way, add finely chopped garlic and mix. You can add ground black pepper and bay leaf.
