Meat salad with beets

Ingredients:

  • beets – 2 pcs.,
  • carrots – 1 pc.,
  • any meat – 200-300 g
  • onion – one medium size,
  • oil – 4-5 tbsp. l

Preparation:

  1. Cut the beets and meat into thin strips.
  2. Fry the beets over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Marinate the meat in salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Then fry or boil, or bake.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.
  5. Prepare marinade for onions – 1 tbsp. l water, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt. Marinate onions in it
  6. Three carrots on a grater for “Korean carrots”.
  7. Add meat, pickled onions, grated carrots to the beets, season with oil and mix.
