Ingredients:

  • chicken eggs – 9 pcs.
  • white sesame – 2 tbsp. l
  • mayonnaise 72% – 1/2 cup
  • dark soy sauce – 2 tsp
  • wasabi – 2 tsp
  • rice vinegar – 2 tsp
  • green onions – 3 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp. l

Cooking method:

  1. First, place the eggs in a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil, remove and let stand in hot water for 15 minutes. After this, cool and peel.
  2. Sesame seeds should be placed in a dry frying pan over medium heat. Stirring constantly, fry until golden brown and place on a plate with a paper towel.
  3. Next you need to chop the green onions. Cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the egg yolks and place them in a blender bowl, add mayonnaise, soy sauce, wasabi paste and rice vinegar. Beat everything until smooth.
  5. Add green onions and breadcrumbs to the resulting mixture and beat again.
  6. Place the egg white halves on a plate, add the filling and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
