Homemade egg noodles: a great addition to broth

These noodles are not overcooked and can be stored for a long time.

Today, store shelves are filled with different types of noodles, but homemade noodles are always unbeatable. To prepare delicious noodles, you need to knead the dough for 5-10 minutes; the thinner you roll out the dough, the tastier it will be. To prepare you will need: eggs, flour and salt. Knead the dough, roll out and dry. These noodles are not overcooked and can be stored for a long time.

  • flour 100 g
  • egg 1 pc.
  • salt a pinch

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg and salt with a fork. Add sifted flour in portions and knead into a stiff dough. Roll into a ball, put in a bag and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle your work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a thin layer 1-2 mm thick. Cut into two parts, sprinkle with flour on both sides and roll into rolls.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut each roll into thin rings 3-4 mm. Sprinkle the noodles with flour again and leave on the table until completely dry.

Dry unused noodles well and store in a sealed container.
