Processed foods tend to contain a lot of added sugar, which can contribute to weight gain, especially in the belly area. The easiest way to do this is to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, while eliminating foods such as chocolate, sweets, and cookies.
Cardio exercises
Do regular cardio exercise to burn calories and promote overall fat loss. These include running, cycling, and HIIT exercises.
Power training
It’s also helpful to include weekly strength exercises that target your core and lower body.
Compound movements such as squats, lunges, and deadlifts work multiple muscle groups, including the lower abdominal muscles.
