Prepare mustard

To prepare delicious homemade mustard, you just need to dilute mustard powder with cucumber pickle. To do this you need:

  • Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps left.
  • Leave the sauce warm for 10-12 hours.
  • Drain off excess liquid.

The sauce is ready to eat.

Marinate the meat

If you marinate meat in cucumber brine not only for barbecue, but also for jellied meat, it will be much more tender. The brine will draw out the remaining blood from the meat – this will make the broth lighter and more transparent.

Bake cookies

This recipe helped housewives in the 90s thanks to its simplicity and simple ingredients. For a 200-gram glass of marinade you will need:

  1. 200 g sugar;
  2. 200 g butter;
  3. 4 tbsp. flour;
  4. 1 tsp. soda

You just need to mix all the ingredients, roll out the dough, cut out any shapes using molds and bake the cookies at a temperature of 200 ⁰C.

Add to pickle and hodgepodge

Experienced housewives know that adding at least a glass of cucumber pickle to these dishes will make them richer and the taste more expressive.

Replace vinegar

Cucumber brine is an excellent substitute for ordinary vinegar. If you add it to roasted vegetables, the dish will perfectly retain its bright color and turn out very rich.
