Honey cake “Poor Student” is the simplest recipe for this delicious pastry. From the name it is clear that you will need the simplest ingredients that you can definitely find in your kitchen. Honey cake “Poor student”

Ingredients:

• flour – 250 g;
• sugar – 150 g;
• soda – 1 tsp;
• milk – 200 ml;
• oil – 1 tbsp. l;
• 1 egg;
• honey – 3 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. First, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda and sugar. You can sift the flour.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Beat the egg and mix, pour in the oil, add honey. It is better to take liquid honey, it will be easier to mix. Mix a homogeneous dough.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs.
4. Pour out the dough and smooth it out. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean. If you want, you can prepare any cream for this cake and then your baking will become festive.
