Recipe
Ingredients:
- flour 125 g
- milk 200 ml
- egg 1 pc.
- baking powder 1 tsp.
- apples 4 pcs.
- ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp.
- salt
- vegetable oil – for frying
- powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Sift flour with baking powder into a deep bowl.
- Divide the egg into white and yolk. Beat the whites into a foam with a pinch of salt, add the yolk to the flour.
- Pour warm milk into the flour and yolk in a stream. Stir until smooth and add egg whites to this mixture. Stir.
- Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut into rings about one centimeter thick.
- Dip apple rings in portions into the dough and fry in boiling vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
