Apple and cinnamon roll: a recipe for delicious and low-calorie pastries

For a delicious apple roll, it is important that the apples are sweet and sour. The roll is low in calories, as it contains no oil at all. For the roll you will need apples, flour, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. The roll crust is baked along with the apple filling.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • flour 120 g
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • sugar 130 g
  • sugar for filling 1 tbsp. l.
  • baking powder 1 tsp.
  • apples 5 pcs.
  • cinnamon 0.5 tsp.
  • powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Add sugar, cinnamon and stir.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula from bottom to top.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the apples, smooth and fill with dough.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Immediately turn the finished cake onto a clean, dry towel. Carefully remove the parchment paper. Roll the hot cake into a tight roll (help yourself with a towel). Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
