The cake can be formed into any shape, you can simply use your hands to form cones.
If you are planning a children’s party or a buffet, the ideal option is Anthill cakes. An alternative to cake, forming the mixture into portioned cakes instead of a cake. For the dessert, you will need to bake the dough and mix it with condensed milk and honey, then shape the cookies into cones.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- flour 4 – 4.5 tbsp.
- margarine 250 g
- egg 1 pc.
- milk 3 tbsp. l.
- baking powder 1 tsp.
- salt a pinch
- boiled condensed milk 500 g
- honey 1.5 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
- Grate the margarine. Add milk, sugar, salt, egg and flour to form a very stiff dough. Knead quickly and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and grate the dough on a coarse grater. Sprinkle it with flour and stir. Then sift the dough on a sieve (no flour is needed after sifting the dough).
- Place the grated dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool and rub the dough between your palms until it breaks up into small crumbs.
- Mix condensed milk with honey and pour over the crumbs. Mix everything well.
- Take a glass. Periodically, lightly moisten the inside with cold water. Scoop the dough into a glass and form the cake into cones. Place the cookies in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
