- Pairing. We must try to ensure that evenness is observed in everything: a pair of balls on the Christmas tree, a pair of things in gifts. Paired numbers according to Chinese belief mean endless wealth and harmony.
- Variety of dishes. The New Year’s table in China is as important as it is here in Ukraine. Therefore, it is worth putting as many dishes on the table as possible, then the year will be rich, productive and successful. It is believed that various vegetables and fruits, red meat, dumplings, chicken and duck attract abundance and happiness to the home.
